I made a mixed media backgound using the ''Dark Chocolate Truffle'' and the ''Sea Grass Green'' Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays.  

I heat embossed the ''Circle Stack'' and the ''Decorative Rod Set 1'' with the ''Oakleaf Olive'' Lindy's embossing powder.

The ''Treasure'' title from the ''Mini Word Set 1'' and the ''Corner Twisted Vines'' were also heat embossed with the ''Midnight Bronze'' powder. 

To finish, I added some plum glass beads & bronze micro beads.

''Explore'' - DT Layout for More Than Words Challenge Blog

Hello my dear friends!!!

Today, I want to share with you my first ever post as a member of the More Than Words design team! This is one of my dreams that coming true and I'm so excited!!! Thank you so much More than Words!!!

Word Inspiration - EXPLORE

Creative Challenge - ARROWS

And, this is my layout...

 

The word inspiration EXPLORE brought to my mind one of my dreams. I always wanted to travel and explore the world, so I decided to scrap a photo of a yacht traveling on the seas. I've also added some ARROWS on my layout to show the directions that can be followed.

 

Here are some close ups...

I used the ''Charted'' paper from the 7dots Studio ''Fortune Teller'' collection.

 I applied on my background some white gesso and when it was dried, I added some texture with modeling paste and a stencil. Next was to color my page with Lindy’s Stamp Gang sprays ''Tune Travel Teal'', ''Tibetan Poppy Teal'' and ''Clam Bake Beige''.

 I heat embossed the title with the ''midnight Teal'' Lindy’s embossing powder. The ''Skeleton Clock'' frame was also embossed with ''Starbright Gold Green''. All the chipboards I used are 2crafty and the flowers are Prima Marketing. The metal embellishments are Scrap-Unlimited.

To finish my page I made some splatters with white acrylic artists ink.

''Magical Memories'' - DT Layout for Lindy's Stamp Gang Color Challenge

 

 

 Hello everyone!

Today, I have a new layout to share with you, made for the color challenge over at Lindy's Stamp Gang Blog. I really loved these colors! They are just gorgeous!!! 

 

 

 

 Here are close ups photos, so you can see the details...

 

 

 

For my layout, I used the ''Romantic Lunch'' paper from the ''Nyhavn'' Maja Design paper collection.

 

To create my background I used modeling paste with a stencil. When dried, I colored the background with ''Sea Grass Green'', ''Pop Rock Purple'' and ''Creme Brulee Cream'' sprays.

 

 

 

 I heat embossed the title with ''Pop Rock Purple'' and the flourish chipboard with ''Orbit Olive Green'' embossing powders. All the chipboards I used are 2Crafty. The flowers are Prima Marketing and the embellishments are Scrap Unlimited.

 

 

To finish my page, I added some licorice glass beads.

I based my page on the Mixed Media & Art January challenge.

And a closer look on the details...

 

I gave texture on the background with modeling paste and a stencil.
Then, I used ''Tea Pot Purple'', ''Open Arms Amethyst'' and ''Magnolia Magenta Gold'' Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays to color my page.

I heat embossed the ''Flourish 2'' and the title chipboards with ''Hollyhock Scarlet Plum'' Lindy's powder. The butterfly from the ''Marianne's Butterflies'' set and the ''Curly Panel'' chipboard pieces with ''Hibiscus Rose Orange''.

When everything were glued down, I added some mica flakes in ''Frozen'' with gel medium.
A final touch with some white splatters and my page was ready.

Hello my scrapy friends!

Today, I want to share with you two layouts and two video tutorials, I made for January Inspiration at 2Crafty Chipboard. 

 The first layout was designed with 7dots studio papers from the 

''Thoughts Keeper'' collection, Petaloo flowers and Scrap Unlimited embellishments.

 I have also made a VIDEO TUTORIAL with the procedure.

To design my background I used modeling paste with a stencil. When dried, I colored the background with ''Greased Lightnin' Green'', ''Rusty Lantern Lime'' and ''Edelweiss Moss Green'' Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays and made a few splatters of ''White'' 13arts Splash ink.

 I heat embossed the ''Angie's Vines'' chipboards with ''Oakleaf Olive'' Lindy's powder. The little key and the key lock chippies from the ''Key Set Mini's'' and the title were also embossed with ''Spring Leaf Chartreuse''.

When everything were glued down, I added some microbeads in ''Bronze'' with gel medium.

Well, that was all about the first one...
