''Paradise Found'' - DT Layout for The Dusty Attic Blog

Hello dear friends!

Today, I'm up on the Dusty Attic blog and I have a new layout to share with you. A spring colorful page with lots of flowers and gorgeous chipboards. 

Here are some close ups...

The paper I used for my background is the ''Imagination'' from the Art Journey 13arts collection. I added texture with the ''Chicken Wire'' stencil and some modeling paste. When dried, I coloured my page with the ''Prima Donna Purple'' and the ''Hi Maintenance Magenta'' Lindy's spray.

I heat embossed the chipboards from the ''Foliage #9'', the ''Foliage #12'' and the one piece of the ''Flower Stamens'' with the ''Drop Dead Gorgeous Green'' Lindy's embossing powder.

The rest chippies of the ''Flower Stamens'' and the title ''Paradise Found'' from the ''Mini Captions #13'' were also embossed with the ''Bling-y Blonde'' powder.

The chipboard frame from the ''String Frames Small'' and the butterfly from the ''Flutterbies #3'' were embossed with the ''Polka Purple'' powder.

When everything were glued down I added some art stones and I sprinkle some yellow glitter on them. A final touch was made with some white acrylic ink.

''Christmas Joy'' - A DT Layout for 2Crafty Chipboard with a Video Tutorial

Hello dear friends!!!

 Tonight, I'm up on the 2Crafty blog with my last post as a design team member. It's so hard for me to step down from a team that I have been a member for more than one year. It has been one of the best teams ever and I am so honored I was a part of it. I had a really great time creating with these gorgeous chipboards and I really hope to return in the future.

But for now, let's take a look at the projects I made for my December inspiration.  

I created a layout and a Christmas home decor on wooden slides and both are having video tutorials.

My first layout was made with lots of flowers, some Christmas embellishments combined
with some beautiful chipboard pieces.

 I based my page on the 13arts ARTelier December sketch challenge.

 Here are some close ups...

 First, I made a mixed media background with modeling paste and a stencil and made some random stamping. Then, I added color with the ''Pastel Cobalt'' and the ''Pastel Lavender'' 13arts mists.

 I painted the ''Stars'' and the ''Swirly Star Border'' chipboards with the ''Gold'' splash ink.

The title words from the ''Xmas Mini Word Pack'' was also painted with the ''Silver'' splash ink.

Finally, I added some ''Natural Mika Flakes'' and made  some splatters with ''White'' splash ink.

Well, that was all about the first one...

And this is the second layout I made for my September Inspiration at 2Crafty Chipboard,
which was created in blue, black and silver shades.

Again, I made a mixed media backgound with modeling paste and a stencil, some stamping and I used the ''Chalk Ultramarine'' and the ''Pastel Cobalt'' 13arts mists.

 

I colored the ''Bubble Clumps'', the ''Elegant Flourishes'', the ''Mini Flourish

Bits'' & the ''Clock Face Frames'' chipboard pieces with ''Black'' 13ats Splash ink.

The ''Dream'' and the ''Imagine'' title words from the ''ATC Words 1'' set were colored with ''Silver'' Splash ink.

To finish, I added some silver & black glass beads and ''Platinum'' glash glitter.

''Dream'' - DT Layout for Crafty Life May Challenge

Hello everyone!!!

Today, we have a new challenge over at Crafty Life challenge blog, and I want to share with you my layout for our challenge. The theme is...

''Flowers"

Here are some detailed photos of my layout...

I used the paper ''Dreaming'' from the ''Aura Rosa'' 13arts collection. I haven't used those beautiful papers from a while and I though they where just perfect for our flowery challenge theme.

To start, I applied some clear gesso and I created texture with the 13arts stencil ''Your Art'' and modeling paste. Then, I made splatters on the background with the ''Pastel Mint'' and the ''Chalk Yellow Amber'' 13arts mists.

  I heat embossed the flourish chipboards and the title with the ''Spring Leaf Chartreuse'' Lindy's embossing powder. The flourish chipboards I used are 2Crafty, the title is 13arts and the flair is Cuts2luv. All the flowers are Prima Marketing.

To finish, I added some plum glass beads and made some splatters with white acrylic artist ink.

''Treasure the Moment'' - DT Layout for Maja Design May Inspiration

Hello my dear friends! Happy Sunday to all!

Today, I'm up on the Maja Design blog sharing my latest layout made with papers from two of my favourite collections, the ”Sofiero” and the ''Monochromes - shades of Sofiero''.

A soft romantic layout in blue and gold tones that was inspired by the beautiful photo which I found on Pinterest. And, before I continue I want to give all the proper credits to the ”unknown” photographer.

 I used for my background the ”The magnificent Flowerstreet” paper from the ”Sofiero” collection and I made a die cut doily with the ''White/Sand'' paper from the ''Monochromes - shades of Sofiero''. 

I primed my background with white gesso and when it was dried, I added some texture with modeling paste and a stencil. Then, I colored my page using Lindy’s Stamp Gang sprays ”Baby Blue Eyes Aqua” and ”Hydrangea Blue”.

I heat embossed the ”Ada's Flourishes” 2Crafty chipboard with ”King Midas Gold” Lindy’s embossing powder. The title was also embossed with the ”Madonna Rabe Blue” powder. The title chipboards I used are 13arts and all the flowers and embellishments are Prima Marketing.

To finish, I added some copper micro beads with gel medium and made some splatters with white acrylic artists ink.

''Grow Your Dreams'' - Mixed Media Layout for Lindy's Stamp Gang DT with a VIDEO TUTORIAL

Hello my friends!

Today, I want to share with you my layout for Lindy’s Stamp Gang made with the beautiful Stampotique Stamps and some Starburst Sprays and Embossing Powders from Lindy’s.

 I started by stamping my page with Stampotique stamp Kassa’s Bloom No 14014 and then heat embossed the pattern with Purely White embossing powder.

I colored my background with the Tea Pot Purple and the Sweet Violet Purple Teal Starburst sprays.

Then, I heat embossed the Skeleton Clock Frame chipboard with the Hollyhock Scarlet Plum embossing powder.

I stamped and embossed the Kassa’s Bloom stamp on vellum with the same powder and then cut out the images.

For my title, I used the Stampotique stamp ”Grow Your Dreams No 7321” which I cut in four pieces.

I have also made a video tutorial with the procedure.
