''Timeless'' - DT layout for 49 and Market January Inspiration Part 2

Hello dear friends!

Today, I'm up on the 49 and Market blog with a new layout featuring the Vintage Remnants Collections with its assorted Laser Cut shapes.

I used the ''Paper No 9'' and started by priming the background with clear gesso. When it was dried, I added texture with Finnabair graphite paste and a stencil and then I heat embossed the pattern with Lindy’s Gang Bratwurst Brown EP just to make it more textured.

Continued with a randomly stamping with the ''1787 Stamp Set by Pascale Bernard'' and the ''Captured Adventure Stamp Set 2''. I added color on the background with Lindy’s Gang sprays Steel Shimmer and Silent Night Silver and I used the same colors to spray the resin elements which I first had painted with black gesso. Finnabair Mystic Turquoise and Brushed Iron waxes gave them depth and emphasized all the details.

Then it was the time to color the chipboards from the Archival Boards with the Finnabair Rustic Brown acrylic paint and rubbed on them some Mystic Turquoise wax.

Next, I used some of the gorgeous Country Blooms in Cobalt and Sky along with some Cotton Seaside Blooms and colored the Cobalt flowers with the Lindy’s spray Whale Watch Blue and the Cotton with the Brushed Nickel to make them match better with my page colors. When the flowers were dried, I made several layers of all the elements around my photo.

To finish I added art stones, glass beads and glitter for more shine.

''Angelic'' - DT layout with ***VIDEO TUTORIAL*** for Mixed Media Place Blog

Hello friends!
Today, I'm up on the Mixed Media Place blog and I would like to show you my latest layout with a step by step Video Tutorial. As usual, I made a layout with lots of Finnabair mixed media products and 7 Dots Studio papers.

You can watch my creative process in my video below!

For my background, I used the Frosted paper from the Northern Lights collection. I started by applying clear gesso and then I made some stenciling work with the Iris Tapestry stencil and an icing paste in Old Silver. Then, I made a little stamping and added color with Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays.

Continued by priming with black gesso the moulds and sprayed them with Lindy's sprays. When dried, I gently applied wax in Mystic Turquoise.

I heat embossed the Dusty Attic chipboard with Lindy's EP and again I applied wax in Royal Robes.

After I glued everything down and made my composition I added glass beads and glitter with soft matte gel.

''Adore'' - DT layout for Mixed Media Place January Challenge

Hello dear friends!

Today, I'm up on the Mixed Media Place blog with a new layout layout based on our beautiful January moodboard. The wintery photos with their soft colors inspired me to create a page in pink, beige and brown tones using some metal embellishments and chipboards.

For my layout I used the Brain Freeze paper from the 7 Dots Studio Cotton Candy Dreams collection.

I created the background using Finnabair products, like clear gesso, icing paste, stamps and Lindy's Gang spray.

I made my composition with Dusty Attic chipboard, metal embellishments and Prima Marketing flowers.

At last I added glass beads and glitter for more shine.

''Adventure Awaits'' - DT layout for 49 and Market January Inspiration Part 1

Hello dear friends!

Today, I'm up on the 49 and Market blog with a new layout featuring the Vintage Remnants Collections combined with the Laser Cut shapes from the Old School mini collection. It’s amazing how these two collections can be combined.

I used the ''Paper No 4” for my background and started by priming the paper with clear gesso. When it was dried, I added texture with Finnabair icing paste in White Gold and a stencil and continued with a randomly stamping with the ''1787 Stamp Set by Pascale B.”. I then heat embossed the pattern with the Lindy’s Gang Midnight Teal embossing powder.

Then, I used Lindy’s Gang sprays Sandra Dee Sepia, Cowabunga Copper, and Cocoa Bean Copper to spray the resin elements which I first had painted with black gesso. The Dusty Attic chipboard frame was colored with the same sprays. Finnabair Rich Cooper and White Gold waxes gave them depth and emphasized all the details.

Next, I used some gorgeous flowers from the Seaside Blooms and Blossom Blends in Sea Breeze along with the Stargazers Cashmere and Mushroom Flower Mini-Series 01 sets and I made several layers with all the elements around my photo.

To finish I added glass beads and glitter for more shine.
