''Cherish'' - DT Layout with VIDEO TUTORIAL for Maja Design October Inspiration

Hello everyone!

Today I'm up on the Maja Design blog and I have a new layout to share made for my October inspiration.
I have also prepared a VIDEO TUTORIAL so you can watch all the details.

As you may already know, I love searching on Pinterest to find photos to scrap and this time I came across with that amazing photo. I choose some papers from the gorgeous ”Enjoying Outdoors” collection that was just perfect for it. But, before I continue more I want to give all the proper credits to the ”unknown” photographer.

For my background I used the back side of the ”Spending Time” paper. To start, I gave my background a coat of clear gesso. When it was dried, I added some texture with modeling paste and a stencil.

Next I colored my page with the Lindy’s Gang ''Cotton Candy Pink'' and the ''Bocacious Blush'' sprays and made some stamping here and there.

The Dusty Attic ''Heart Attack Panel Small #2'' chipboards were painted with the Finnabair ''White Pearl'' acrylic paints. The ''Feather Charms #2'', the ''Lacey Ornament'' and the ''Mini Words #1'' chipboards were also painted with the Finnabair ''Silver Spoon'' paint and the ''Mini Clock Faces'' with the Finnabair Sparks ''Butterfly Spells'' paint.

When everything was glued down, I added some art stones and I made the final touch with some splatters with white ink.

Hello friends!

I'm back tonight to share my latest layout for Mixed Media & Art blog which is based on our October moodboard. A magical moodboard with such a mysterious feeling! When I first saw it I just wanted to make something with lots of mystery and magic.

I used a Maja Design paper for my background and I created some texture with some graphite paste and a stencil. I made a little stamping here and there and next I added color with a Lindy's Gang spray. Next step was to color my Dusty Attic chipboards with Finnabair acrylic paints and a waxes.

''#Blessed'' - DT Layout for The Dusty Attic Blog October Moodboard

Hello dears!

Tonight, I'm up on the Dusty Attic blog with a new layout based on our October's Moodboard. Lots of beautiful chipboards and flowers on the earthy tones of orange, brown and teal makes my layout look more autumnal and warm.

I got inspired by the leaves, the nature and as I said before from the colors.

I used the Charted paper from the 7dots studio Fortune Teller collection for my background and I created texture with some modeling paste and a stencil. Then I added color with the Lindy's Cattail Copper Brown and the Bayou Boogie Gold sprays.

Then, I painted the ''Mystic Frame #1'' and the chipboards from the ''Wood Slices'' and the ''Drift Wood #2'' with the Finnabair Rustic Brown acrylic paint and then I sprayed them with the Lindy's sprays I used before.

I continued by painting the title from the ''Hashtag Sayings'' set with the Finnabair Sparks Ginger Magic paint.

When everything was glued down I added some mica flakes and made some splatters with with ink.

''Happiness'' - DT Canvas with VIDEO TUTORIAL for The Dusty Attic Blog

Hello everyone!

I'm back tonight to share with you my latest project made for the Dusty Attic blog for my October inspiration. I have also prepared a video tutorial so you can see all the details!

I made a romantic canvas in pink and purple tones with lots of flowers and gorgeous chipboards.

Here are some close ups...

I created the base with a paper from 13arts Art Journey collection. To create an interesting background I applied some modeling paste through a stencil and then heat embossed the pattern with the Lindy's Gang Hollyhock Scarlet Plum embossing powder. Also made some stamping here and there and again heat embossed the pattern to have even more textured background. Then, I used some sprays to add color.

Next step was to emboss and paint all the chipboards. I started with the ''Ornate Motifs #2 '' & ''ATC Frame #7'' which were embossed with the Lindy's Gang EP ''Midnight Ruby''.

The ''Hashtag Sayings'', the ''Mini Clock Faces'' & ''Page Pebbles #9'' were also embossed with the Lindy's EP ''Angel Wings Ruby''.

I painted the ''Doodads #4'' & the ''Ornate Motifs #2'' with the Finnabair Sparks ''Iris Potion'' paint. Then I randomly rubbed a little Rose Gold wax.

When everything was glued down I added some art stones and glass beads and made some splatters with white gesso.

''Happy Notes'' - DT layout for More Than Words Challenge Blog

Hello my dears!

I'm back today to share with you my project for October challenge at More Than Words blog.

This is our challenge board...

Word Inspiration - LEISURE
Creative Challenge - SPLATS

As a mother of three kids, my free time is very limited. My only LEISURE time is early in the morning when all are still sleeping and I can enjoy a hot cup of coffee by my own. For the creative challenge I added lots of SPLATTERS with paint and gesso.

I based my layout on the ''Sugar Haze'' paper from the 7dots Studio ''Cotton Candy Dreams'' collection.

I started by covering my page with clear gesso and then I created texture with modeling paste and a stencil. When dried, I added some color with the Lindy's Gang spray ''Merci Beaucoup Mint'' and made some splats with the Finnabair sparks ''Mermaid Sparkle'' acrylic paint.

I painted the Dusty Attic frame chipboard from the ''Chain Rectangles'' and the title from the ''Wordpl@y #3'' with the ''Mermaid Sparkle'' paint. The ''ABC123 Borders'', the ''Window & Shutters #3'', the ''Mini Clock Faces'' were also painted with the Finnabair ''Steampunk Copper'' paint. Then I rubbed on them some ''White Gold'' wax.

When everything was glued down, I added some art stones and sprinkled a little glitter.

That was all from me my friends!
