''Timeless'' - DT Layout for The Dusty Attic Blog February Moodboard

Hello everyone!

Today, I'm up on the Dusty Attic blog sharing with you my moodboard inspiration for this month. I made a layout a little bit different than my usual... haven't used any flowers or laces but lots of metal coags and chipboards.

Some detailed photos...

I created texture on my background by applying Graphite texture paste through a stencil and then heat embossed the pattern with the Bratwurst Brown Lindy's Gang embossing powder. I used the Dark Chocolate Truffle Lindy's spray to add some color on my page.

I used the Rust Effect Paste to paint the ''Geometric Border'' chipboard.

All the other chipboards were also painted with the Steampunk Copper acrylic paint.

As a final touch I embellished my clusters with some metallique gears and Copper glass glitter.

''Sweet Memories'' - DT Layout for The Dusty Attic Blog

Hello dear friends!

Today, I'm up on the Dusty Attic blog I'm so excited to finally show you my layout that I created for Dusty Attic using some of their fabulous products.

For my background, I used the Chicken Wire stencil with some modeling paste to create texture and I heat embossed the pattern with the Angel Wings Gold Lindy's Gang powder. Then, I added colour with the Sea Grass Green Lindy's spray.

I painted the Mystic Frame #1 chipboard with the Dusty in Colour Forrest and the Dusty in Colour Gingernut. When dried, I rubbed some White Gold Wax.

The chippies from the Foliage #8 were painted with the Finnabair sparks Fairy Wings acrylic paint and then I applied a little white gold wax here and there.

The Flutterbies #3 chipboards and the title from the Mini Captions #10 were also painted with the Finnabair sparks Unicorn's Hair acrylic paint.

I added a few Dusty In Bloom flowers and leaves along with some laces and I sprinkled on them copper glass glitter.

''Wild & Free'' - DT Layout for Maja Design February Inspiration

Hello there sweeties!!!
Today, I'm up on the Maja Design blog and I have a layout for my February inspiration to share with you. I made a soft blue tone layout with lots of flowers, laces, chipboards and metal embellishments.

As you may already know, I love searching on Pinterest to find photos to scrap and this time I came across that beautiful and mysterious photo of a girl with a horse. And, the new gorgeous ''Celebration'' collection was just perfect for it. But, before I continue more I want to give all the proper credits to the ”unknown” photographer.

I choose the ”You’re Invited” paper for my background and I added some layers with the ”Party” paper and the ”Anniversary” using both sides of it.

First, I gave my background a coat of clear gesso. When it was dried, I added some texture with white crackle paste and a stencil. I made some stamping here and there and continued by coloring my page with the ”Blue Hawaiian Blue” Lindy's Gang spray.

I painted the flourish chipboards and the title with the Sparks ”Magical Pond” acrylic paint. When dried, I gently rubbed on them some ''Vintage Gold'' Wax. The ''Flower Stamens'' chipboards were also painted with the Sparks ''Raven Black'' and they were rubbed first with the ''Blue Velvet'' Wax and then with the ''Vintage Gold''. The chipboards I used, are from Dusty Attic.

When everything was glued down, I added some crystal and turquoise glass beads and sprinkled some glitter. I final touch was made with some splatters with white ink.

''You Will Forever Be My Always'' - DT Layout for More Than Words Challenge Blog

Hello my dear friends, thanks for stopping by!

At More Than Words challenge we have a new challenge.
A challenge dedicated to love as February is the month of love.

 Word Inspiration - FOREVER
Creative Challenge - HEART

The word FOREVER always brings to mind a true love story. So this month I was inspired to create a romantic layout with a gorgeous wedding photo. I used the inspired word in my title, and for the creative challenge, I added two metal HEARTS in my clusters.

Here are some close ups of my layout...

For my layout, I used papers from the ''Writer's Block'' 7dots Studio collection. My main paper is the ''Torn''.

To start, I covered my page with clear gesso. I also used some white gesso to highlight the spot I was going to built my composition. Then, I created texture by applying modeling paste through a stencil and when dried, I added color with the ''South Shore Sand'' and the ''Dark Chocolate Truffle'' Lindy’s sprays.

I painted all the chipboards with the Finnabair metallique ''Steampunk Copper'' acrylic paint. Then, I rubbed a little ''White Gold'' wax on them. All the chipboards I used are Dusty Attic and the flowers are Prima Marketing.

When everything was glued down, I added some ''Copper'' glass glitter and ''Bronze'' micro beads.

That was all from me my friends!

Don't forget to step over the blog to gain more inspiration!

Thank you so much for your time!
