''Happiness is a Journey'' - DT Layout for Mixed Media & Art Blog November Moodboard

Hello dears!

I'm back tonight to share my latest layout for Mixed Media & Art blog which is based on our October moodboard. I loved the autumn colors and the magical feeling of the photos.

And here is the moodboard...

I used the color palette, the birds and the flowers from the board to create my layout which I also based it on the sketch too.

I used a paper from the Fortune Teller 7dots Studio collection for my background and I created texture with modeling paste and a stencil. I made a little stamping here and there and next I added color with Lindy's Gang sprays. Next step was to color my Dusty Attic chipboards with Finnabair acrylic paints and a waxes.

I hope I gave you some inspiration
and see you on our challenge!

Until next time happy creating!

''So beautiful'' - DT Notebook for The Dusty Attic Blog November Moodboard

Hello everyone!

I'm back tonight to share with you a notebook made for the Dusty Attic Notebook November fun. I also have combined it with our beautiful moodboard.

I got inspired by the flowers on the right top photo, the color tones and the vintage feeling of the board.

To start I gave a coat of black gesso on the cover of the notebook and I used the Dusty Attic ''Damask #2 Stencil'' with graphite texture paste to create texture. I added white crackle paste and when the crackles appeared I painted everything with the Finnabair Aubergine Impasto Paint. Then I added color with the Lindy's Grab a Guy Gold spray.

Then, I heat embossed the window from the ''Window & Shutters #3'' with the Wow Platinum Sparkle embossing powder. The chipboards from the ''Foliage #8'' and the ''Flower Buds #2'' were also embossed with the Wow Glamour Green powder and the buds were painted with the Finnabair Sparks Iris Potion acrylic paint.

The ''Page Pebbles #3'' chipboard was also painted with the Finnabair Sparks Iris Potion acrylic paint.

When everything was glued down I added some glass glitter and beads.

''Dream'' - DT Layout for The Dusty Attic and Maja Design November Inspiration

Hello dear friends!
Today I'm up on the Dusty Attic and on the Maja Design blogs with a new layout made for my November inspiration using lots of gorgeous chipboards, flowers and laces around a beautiful photo I found on Pinterest.

When I saw it I knew I had to scrap it and the Dusty Attic chipboards along with the Maja Design papers were just perfect for it. But, before I continue more I want to give all the proper credits to the ”unknown” photographer.

For my background I used the ''No XXI'' from the ''Vintage Autumn Basics'' collection. I started by applying a coat of clear gesso on the background paper and then I used an icing paste with the Dusty Attic ''Damask #2'' Stencil to create texture.

Made some stamping here and there and used the Lindy's Gang Voodoo Violet Blue spray to add color.

Next step was to paint all the chipboards. I started with the ''Decorative Frame #5'' & the ''Imagine'' title word from the ''Wordpl@y #2'' which were painted with the Finnabair White Pearl acrylic paint. The ''ATC Frame #7'', the ''Creative Script'' and the ''Dream'' title word from the ''Wordpl@y #2'' were also painted with the Finnabair Ice Queen paint.

I also used the Finnabair Silver Spoon paint to color the ''Baroque Flourishes Small'' chipboards.

When everything was glued down I added some art stones and glass glitter and beads. The final touch was made with some splatters with white gesso.

''#Life is Good'' - DT layout for Scrap N Pieces Blog

Hello my dear friends!

I can finally share you with tonight my first layout as a Design Team member of Scrap N Pieces! I'm so very honored to be invited by Myrto and Natasa to join their team for 2019. Thank you so much girls!

I adored this month’s moodboard.  The pictures of golden leaves and the beautiful earthy tones inspired me to create a fall themed layout, full of flowers, leaves, nuts and pines.

I applied a first layer of clear gesso all over the background paper. Then, I mixed modeling paste and bronze mica powder and spread it through a stencil to create some texture.

I sprayed with a brown mist on top of the modeling paste, to give more depth to the texture. I stamped randomly with black archival ink.

I used dies to cut the leaves and flowers and sprayed them with mists.

Finally, after I had glued all my elements, I completed the cluster by adding some mica flakes. I glued them with gloss gel.

I hope I gave you some inspiration and you will join us to create along with us!
So happy creating!

''Always & Forever'' - DT layout for More Than Words Challenge Blog

Hello dears!

I'm back today to share with you my project for November challenge at More Than Words blog.

This is our challenge board...

Word Inspiration - FUTURE
Creative Challenge - STARS

My family is my everything... my past, present and my FUTURE! When I'm thinking of the future, all I just want is to grow old with my husband and watch our kids live their lives happily. To incorporate the creative challenge, I used a stencil with STARS and I added some metal stars as well.

I used for my background the ''Strawberry Fields'' paper from the 7dots Studio ''Cotton Candy Dreams'' collection.

I started by covering my page with clear gesso and made a pattern with stars by applying brown ink on a star patterned stencil. Then I created texture with modeling paste and a stencil and when dried, I added some color with the Finnabair ''Steampunk Copper'' acrylic paint.

I painted the Dusty Attic chipboard ''Love Heart Corners'' with the Finnabair ''Rustic Brown'' paint. The ''Lacey Ornament'' and the titles from the ''Mini Words #1'' and the ''Mini Tabs #5'' were also painted with the Finnabair ''Silver Moon'' paint.

When everything was glued down, I added some granite mica flakes and crystal clear sequins.

That was all from me my friends!

Don't forget to step over the blog to gain more inspiration!

Thank you so much for your time!
