Hello my friends and happy Sunday to all!!!
Today, I'm up on the Maja Design blog and I have a new layout to share with you using papers from the beautiful ”Vintage Romance” collection.
When
I found on Pinterest that beautiful photo I wanted to create a romantic
layout. And, before I continue I want to give all the proper credits
to the photographer.
For my background, I used the ”Love Notes” paper and I made some layers
on it with some torn pieces from the ”She's my Lady” and the ''Passion''
papers.
I primed the background with clear gesso and when it was dried, I added
some texture with modeling paste and a stencil. Then, I used Lindy’s
Stamp Gang sprays ''Cotton Candy Pink'', ''Salt Water Taffy'' and
''Cheshire Cat Cherry'' to give some color.
I heat embossed the title and the chipboard pieces from the ”Moroccan
Panel” with ”Gilded Burgundy Brass” Lindy's Stamp Gang embossing
powder. The ”Leafy Silhouettes” chipboards were also embossed with ”Cafe
au Lait”. The chipboards I used are 2crafty and the flowers are Prima
Marketing.
To finish, I added some licorice glass beads and made some splatters with the sprays I used before.
