Today, I'm up on the Crafty Life blog, sharing with you a layout made for January challenge.  The challenge is about "Happy moments" or "Happy memories" and I choose to create a monochromatic and a little bit dark but full of love layout.

I used the ''Snicker'' paper from the ''Homegrown'' collection for my background, 2Crafty chipboards, Prima Marketing flowers and Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays and powders. You can find all the products on Crafty Life.

''Living the Dream'' - DT Layout for Maja Design

Hello my friends and happy Sunday to all!!!

Today, I'm up on the Maja Design blog and I have a new layout to share with you using papers from the beautiful ”Summertime” collection.

This time I made a soft romantic page using tones of blue to match my beautiful photo, which as always found on Pinterest.  And, before I continue I want to give all the proper credits to the photographer.

For my background, I used the ”Glittering Water” paper and I made some layers behind my photo with the ”Gives my Joy” paper.

I primed the background with clear gesso and when it was dried, I added some texture with modeling paste and a stencil. Then, I used Lindy’s Stamp Gang sprays ”Baby Blue Eyes Aqua”, ''Delphinium Turquoise'' and ”Danny Zuko's Denim” to give some color.

I heat embossed the title and the chipboard from the ''Element Set 1'' with two embossing powders, first with ”Bavarian Blue” and then with ''Madonna Robe Blue Gold''. The ''Corner Geneive'' chipboard was also embossed with ”Madonna Robe Blue Gold”. The chipboards I used are 2crafty and the flowers are Prima Marketing. The beautiful flair is ”Cuts2luv”.

To finish, I added some art stones and made some splatters with 13arts white gesso.
